              in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors, developing human 
              resource plans and change management strategies to achieve organizational 
              goals. This work includes program evaluation, workforce strategy 
              and policy development, and executive recruitment. With advanced 
              degrees in social policy and public administration, she has executive 
              leadership experience with a major municipal government. She has
